a Harms painting

PURCHASING POLICY:


"If a painting is worth loving, it is worth buying."



        Welcome to the purchase page. You have joined the elect, an elite group of people who have fallen in love with my paintings and would like to buy one. My art can be purchased today (why wait until it's priceless). All you have to do is fill out the form on the right and we will contact you to arrange the transaction. I prefer to handle purchases off line because I would like to make personal contact with the people who wish to collect my work. I would also like to ensure that our financial arrangement is safe.
  1. All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

  2. Original paintings may be purchased with cheque or money order in U.S. funds. Once your cheque has cleared my bank account (or if you prefer, the escrow bank account of my lawyer), you will become the proud owner of a Harms original. If you would like to make your purchase with a credit card please click here for the form and instructions.

  3. Shipping and sales tax (where applicable) are not included in the listed price of the painting and will be added to the purchase price.

  4. We use UPS or Federal Express to deliver your art treasure.

  5. If you wish to be part of a program that adds value to your painting by making it available for museum shows or if you would like us to act as a broker to sell your painting at a later date for a higher price, we have a contract you may wish to sign.

  6. If for some reason you wish to return or exchange an original painting, we will be glad to refund your money minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us before you return the painting to us.

  7. The images on this site are also available as photo miniatures and Giclay prints. They can be purchased with cheque, money order or credit card. To order, please click here to download the form and instructions. All sales on reproductions are final.
